Effect of breeding temperature on enteric fermentation methane emissions in pigs

This study was conducted for the purpose of evaluating amount enteric fermentation methane emission from pigs according to breeding temperature. The external structure manufactured using flexible glass and profile, It made by sealing emitted so as not leak out. inlet exhaust were manufactured, a ring blower installed at circulate air, real-time flow rate measured with mass meter. Methane concentration temperature in real time an automatic measuring system. experimental two days low (13°C) high (25°C) on 6-month-old fattening pigs, feed supplied 09:00 am 15:00 pm twice day given free access water. As result study, 14 ppm 21 temperature, which about 33% higher than that (p < 0.05), 6.5 g per 0.05) 4.6 emitted. analyzing dry matter digestion intake excreted manure, 74.08% temperatures 71.10% temperatures, showing similar results previous studies. Therefore, digestivility related generated, lower rate, emission.
